Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for purchases in POSTING and our other games. Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.

1. How purchases are sold
All purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy, your contract for payment is with Paddle, and refunds are issued by Paddle once approved. Axon AI Pte Ltd (Good Pig Studio) reviews and agrees refund requests for our games; Paddle then makes the refund to your original payment method.
2. Digital items are delivered instantly
Everything we sell — cosmetic items, in-game currency (Boost and Engagement), the Battle Pass, and memberships — is digital content delivered immediately to your account. By completing a purchase, you ask for and consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the content is delivered or the currency is credited, your statutory right to cancel digital content (such as the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal) no longer applies. This does not affect any other statutory consumer rights you have.
3. When we will refund
We will normally approve a refund where:
- you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item;
- you paid for an item that was not delivered to your account due to a technical fault on our side, and we cannot fix it; or
- a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
4. When we may decline
Because items are delivered instantly and have no real-world value, we may decline a refund where the item or currency has already been delivered, used, or spent and none of the situations in section 3 apply. Paddle may also decline or reverse refunds where it detects fraud, refund abuse, or chargeback abuse.
5. Memberships and subscriptions
- You can cancel a membership at any time from the billing portal (linked in the app). Cancellation stops future renewals.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not generally provide partial refunds for the current period, except where required by law.
- Memberships renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
6. How to request a refund
Email us at support@goodpig.xyz with your account email and the order details (the receipt from Paddle helps). You can also contact Paddle’s buyer support directly. We aim to respond within a few business days.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
