Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Our games are operated by Axon AI Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, trading as Good Pig Studio. In these Terms, “the Service” means POSTING and any other game, website, or application we operate that links to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian’s permission.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. The Service is free to play

Core gameplay is free. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Virtual items and in-game currency

The Service may let you obtain or buy virtual items (such as cosmetic profile flair, card backs, card foils, and board skins) and in-game currencies (“Boost” and “Engagement”). You should understand that:

• Virtual items and currencies are a limited licence to use them inside the Service. You do not own them; we retain all rights.
• They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, traded, transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for any real currency or cryptocurrency.
• They are cosmetic and progression only and do not provide a competitive gameplay advantage (no “pay-to-win”).
• We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items or currencies, and your licence to them ends if your account is terminated or the Service is discontinued, except where the law requires otherwise.

Where the Service offers a gifting feature, you are purchasing an item as a gift for another player — you are not transferring an item you already own, and the gift carries no cash value.

5. Purchases and payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. This means your purchase is made from Paddle, your payment is handled by Paddle, and Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes (VAT / sales tax) for your region. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and may vary by region. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts, or automation, or otherwise interfere with fair play or the integrity of the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or game data except as permitted by law;
• harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other players, or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to breach any applicable law or third-party right.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. User content

You are responsible for the content you submit (such as your username or display name). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its games, artwork, characters, names, logos, and software, is owned by Axon AI Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence to play, no rights are granted to you.

9. Changes, availability, and beta features

We may update, change, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) and may offer features on a beta or experimental basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your licence to the Service and to virtual items ends, except where the law requires otherwise.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axon AI Pte Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or virtual items. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Axon AI Pte Ltd against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
